37. Transpose Convolutions

convolution은 기존 image에 filter를 올려놓았지만 반대로 작동하는 것.
이때 작은 차원을 고차원으로 만드는 여러가지 방법이 있겠지만 이런 transpose convolution을 이용하여 filter 의 weight를 학습시키는 것이 실제로 효과적임은 보여진다.
